Instead of posting music, today I will just remember what happened 12 years ago. A coworker of mine had visited WTC the day before on his vacation. I worried about him, and didn’t hear if he was okay until a few days later. My dad was locked down at his work (an air force base) and could not leave the building all day. I went to work, but we all stared at the live stream of the news. We decided to all go to lunch. Went to Claim Jumper as its very American with wasteful portions and whatnot. I will never forget how eerie it was to not have airplanes in the sky and that feeling of waiting for the other shoe to drop. It was a tragic and surreal day.
