These are actual fucking threats though??? He clearly has access to weaponry and is very clearly making plans to actually go do something in Baltimore, whether it’s specifically what he described or not.

I would say report it through whatever domestic terrorism outlets are available since I’m sure the FBI/CIA have those online, but considering the topic they probably wouldn’t give a fuck.
